"Balaji Institute of Education" and "Balaji Institute of Elementary Teacher Education"(Formally Maheshwara College of Education and Meshwara college of Elementary Teacher Education) was established in the year 2001 , is affiliated to Kakatiya University, Warangal and approved by NCTE and recognized by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. This college is sponsored by Maheshwara Educational Society and one of the units of Balaji Group of Institutions. Maheshwara Educational Society has been serving for the cause of education for the last 30 years and established schools and colleges from KG to PG. The college is located amidst green fields in serene environment, free from pollution and conducive for the pursuit of education within a 5 Kms distance from Narsampet and 25 Km from Warangal city Railway station and Bus stand. .
